Strange one this….the machine shows no error codes but refuses to heat. I say refuses to heat but actually it does heat for three or four minutes then powers off the heater relay (stops heating) then continues on to finish a program as normal. Obviously the dishes are dirty, cold and wet at the end.

Anyone got any suggestions before i go down the road of replacing the control pcb? (incidentally i measured about 9k accross the thermistor at the pcb end plug which i take to be about right?…and the heater itself is ok)

Dodgy relay dropping out by the sound of it? Maybe…….

The 12v supply to the relay is switched off after a few mins on the heating cycle which might suggest the pcb?….no error codes appear though….good old Ariston quality eh? 😉
