    how do,
any info on the above error code?
it’s not the drain pan flooded, as the base is dry and the float in down.
    any help much appr.

    carl 😥

also is there a way of doing a master reset on this machine.
it has four neons , then program sw then power on/ off on the right.

Funny that – it is the flooded base code…… Ensure that the switch on top of the float is in the down position. Beyond that, the PCB has probably gone bonkers. As they do. All to often.

There is no reset procedure as such – holding down the programme button will cancel whatever it is doing and allow you to re-programme.

ok, I was wrong, it is water in the base,
it seams to be filling with water within seconds of starting.
right do I have a leak? or do I have a blockage causing the water to over flow?
how do I check for leak? do I have to raise the unit off the floor and inspect from underneath? scary…

if its a blockage, what are the main suspects to clearout?

alot of questions, sorry, but we’re running out of coffee mugs!!
    cheers again Carl
