    The detergent door on my LV62 dishwasher won’t open during the cycle. Could you tell me if the solenoid is faulty please, and if so, can I get a replacement? Also I noticed in a previous post that dave_conway asked if a freshener had been hung on the front of the top drawer. Well, i put one on about three weeks ago, when it was working fine! What effect does this have on it please? Model is LV 62, but i also have info saying it’s a LV621XUK. Are these the same?

    No parts for the dispenser I’m afraid, Shaun – complete unit only. P/no C00075468, email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for prices and ordering. The fresheners can be hung from the top basket in such a way as to obstruct top rotor rotation, or to prevent the soap dispenser flap from opening properly. Surprisingly common problem.
