I have an ariston margarita a1635 machine, 2yrs old. Last week it had a ‘5 flash fault’ and the water would not drain out. I drained out the water, emptied the filter of various items that were blocking it and things seemed to be better. Now it will wash properly but when left after a wash the drum gradually fills up with water – any thoughts??

Turn off one of the fill hoses. If the filling stops, the valve attached to the “off” hose is leaking. If it still fills, it’s the other one that’s leaking.
