ParticipantComputer is detecting a drive motor fault. Plenty of possibilities, probably engineer time.
Suggest you check Directories section for a UKW engineer in your area.

Thankyou for your answer,is there any thing i can do as i am an electrical engineer .Or will it require a new component.

ParticipantPossible faults are motor brushes, motor itself, wiring and very often the computer board.
Pull the plug first………

ParticipantOk, we’re getting down to specific parts now, so the model number will be required – Marhgerita 2000 is a generic. Check round the door opening or for a label on the back.
We can advise further then.

ParticipantRe: ariston magherita 2000
I think it’s an AI435 in that case, module is around the £90 mark and there are two different one’s fitted, it’s also one of the one’s that may also require a new EEPROM.
We will need the full spec on this machine (full model number and serial number) to be able to identify correctly(from the rating plate, possibly on the back).

The code on the back of the machine is A1435 uk.And the code on the circuit board is cod.215005377.07 0/05 s/w 1.32.I think its time to go and buy a new washer any recomendations.

ParticipantNo, it’s a perfectly adequate machine – if you’ve got a vary spin option on the machine I’d back it off to 1200 and save the high spin for the bedding.
Good luck with it,
