checked known error codes for this m/c. indicates heater relay. customer just phoned up 1/2 hr ago, booked for friday.
does this mean there is a seperate relay, or is this incorporated in the pcb. any reason for it to go?. any info regards to cause, and to repair. part no’s for pcb/relay, as to indicate costs would help.

Serial number required as well then 🙄
Before serial 20527 is C00093153 at £68.00
After is C00093158 at £62.60
You may need the eeprom as well, part number C00092563 at £16.50

OR from us INCUDING eprom £34.90+vat inc first class post ! Tony EMW 0115 9652118 AND we include a comprehensive A4 guide to fault finding on these machines AND you can return it if it turns out not to be a module problem for £5+vat (21 days later, even though it’s been used in a customers machine!). Baffles me why anybody could even think about new stuff these days AND we guarantee them 12 months AND we will talk to you on the telephone should you need technical help AND we will replace it for £5+vat (inc post) if you blow the thing up by mistake.
