ariston margerita not drying

No warning lights, it does the cycle but the clothes are still wet.
Can anyone help?

does it get hot at all, is it cold? are they steaming?

are they overly wet, or kind of dry?

No it doesnt get hot the clothes are wet still,
I have looked at the forum before and checked the ducting removed the fluff had a look at what i think is the thermistor and i got a change of state upon testing. but is there a thermal fuse? and what sort of resistance measurement would i get from the heater element??

the thermal fuse is under the yellow sleeve on the top of the heater box

should be closed circuit normally, if its open its duff

same with element

sorry but i have the heater box off and there is the two connectors to each end of the heater element. Half way down the coil is that the thermistor? or the thermal fuse?
If it the fuse where is the thermistor??

the thermistor is screwed into the top.. its round, black with a plug on the top with 2 thin wires coming out

the thermal fuse is normally a link to the heater connection, held to the heater box by a clamp and 1 screw
