    Hi I have an A1435 advantage. it has the dreeded knob clicking the power LED flashes twice. can anyone help me.

    2 flashes indicates a main motor problem.

    Could be loose wiring, faulty motor but sadly is often caused by main PCB failure. 😥

    thanks will check out the wiring , however the drum still spins does this narrow it down
    ?

    It could be a loose module connection, they are very flimsy.

    The odds are against you with this machine though, the Indesit electronics are known to be flaky to say the least. 😥

    Hi thanks for the pointer it was a dry jiont on the control board looked like a relay terminal a quick touch up with a soldering iron and solder and the beast is back in action! thanks once again.


    I do have another question I am in Australia and it is very difficult to get spares for european machines does anyone know a uk supplier who will post spares to Oz.

    Didn’t spot the Antipodean connection. I will move you post to the ‘Darn Under’ forum, 😉 perhaps someone who posts from Oz will know.

    Let us know what your after & I can Point you in right direction
    Some wholesalers will charge an arm & a leg

    Hi The model is an Ariston Margherita 2000 A1435. I am after shocks and drum bearings. The machine emigrated with us 4 years ago so its a uk spec

    Bearings Are Standard from Any Bearing Supplies
    Shaft seal & shockers You would have to get from Ariston
    Try UK Parts as well, they may well be cheaper

    Bearings are 6205 and 6204. Shaft seal is p/no C00082696.
