    Hello,
I need help. My machine is not cooperating with me. I will set the wash. It will fill and spin for a short time. But when it come to draing it stops. The dial starts to cycle/click through all the settings. and I am getting 5 flashes from the led. I have cleared the pump (as far as I know) by taking off the front kick plate and opening the pre-chamber (assorted coins and dryer sheets found)
Can anybody offer any suggestions or advice?
    cheers,
    Simon

Either the pump is faulty or you may have some more ‘stuff’ stuck in the pump or the hoses.

Once the machine is empty you can see the pump impellor with the filter removed, its a small four bladed impellor that you should be able to flick round.

Sometimes you need to drop the pump off the machine to get at the hoses and completely clear the pump. Be sure to remove the mains plug if you intend to do this.

    Jim.

    Hiya,
Thanks for the reply. How easily should the fan element spin? I pulled a dryer sheet off of it that had wrapped around the fan itself. Not sure I got it all as it does move now but does not spin when flicked. Does this make sense?

It should not spin freely, it should flick round in quarter turns.
