Hi
My machine has the problem with the continually rotating control knob and the light is flashing 10 times between each pause. I loosened the filter at the bottom and drained all the water but there was nothing there. I’ve just moved so the proble could be related with that.
Does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

The actual fault refers to a ‘water level sensing problem’, but you may read into that what you will because it is only a ‘guide’ as to the fault. Assuming indeed that your machine isn’t blocked (i.e The pump and sump trap) Then it could be a connection failure with the Control Module??
You say you have just moved house, therefore this fault may be due to transit damage in some way?? Did it work OK at your previous house and not at the new location then?( If that’s the case the contacts within the circuit board may well be the fault)
