Ok i am trying to find the correct brushes for this machine, it does have a Indesco motor fitted, but looking at the pics of the brushes 047317 the location pips are not in the same position ! they look more like the pic of the 105214.
anyone help ?

Hi i am back and irs nearly 2 months and its gone wrong again, the problem this time is the programmer when put on a was stays on the programe and does not move off it does the cycle over and over again but i did notice the water is not getting hot, so i moved the temp to zero and its does the complete cycle, so i now suspect the heater element has gone, i have taken it out of the machine and have put a meter a cross the termanals and get 31 ohms is this correct ? what should i be getting
Thanks in advance
Clive

Just done some more testing and found that element is not getting any power ! also there is no resistance across the sensor ! is this the the problem ?

31Ω is about correct for a heater, so that checks out.
No resistance across thermistor could well cause your problems – expected resistance at room temperature would be about 6kΩ from memory, but to be honest it’s unusual for them to fail. I’d double check just to be sure, especially with the recent problems you had with timer – this machine is notorious for problems with connections to PCB and thermistor.

YES its back up and running, I found the problem on the main board, the solder around the relay had burnt away it was almost a dry joint with hardly any solder around it, so I got my iron out and gave it a good wet joint and then put it back together, and then connected my meter to the element and after about 4 mins in to the cycle the element powered up
Thanks odom for your help -
