hi help please
my washing machine has started the clicking stage
i put it onto number 8 it fills up with water then does nothing for a few seconds the the dial starts clicking around and wont stop
i have 7 flashes what does that mean ?
if i put it it on number 7 it fills with water and washes but does not move off number 7
i have cleaned all the waste pipes (95p richer now lol) but still no luck
any help would be great

Computer board thinks that it can’t turn on the relay to the heater. This effectively means that it is a computerboard fault. However, always worth checking heater resistance and wiring for integrity.

Power off, of course.

is it worth getting a new computer board ?
what sort of money are they ?

Anywhere between £60-100, depending on exact model and serial number. Like I said though, check the ehater circuits themselves before splashing out.
