ParticipantHi, Maybe somebody can help me.
There are 3 plastic filters in the drum. I dont know how but one of them broke yesterday and came loose. Where can I buy a spare one? Can I fit it myself or do i need to call an engineer and the most important question is if in the meantime i can use the washing machine, I have lots to wash !!!
Thanks,May 11, 2007 at 10:16 am #213360alidublin

Can’t bring up an AWD2000 on my system? So either the number is wrong or the model is only available in Eire? Can you give us the full model number off the back? The ‘Drum Paddles’ are available seperately and just slide into place usually? (though the locking clips needs bending into place before re-fitting).
Parts easily available direct from Ariston or emailing us here at spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk 🙂

Again I can only find AWD12S the S standing for Silver in this case. If your machine is in fact silver in colour then we are on the same wavelength here 😉
And the drum paddle is Part No C00064789 available by phoning your local Hotpoint (Ariston/Hotpoint are the same company) spares number (listed in your local phone directory).
Or email these details to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk and I think we may be able to post them across the Irish Sea? 😉
