    Hi have this fridge that the customer says the temp is not cold enough. on the display it shows +2 and the temp seems ok. She says that the fan sometimes doesn’t work. I have measured voltage to the fan and have about 50volts. The only thin i faoun is that there is no ventilation above sholud have at least 10cm. could this be the problem.?????

    hi, these models can suffer from sensor failure, (foamed in, not replaceable) can be overcome by fitting a timed module C00262537

    yes, the symptoms are freezer working ok, fridge not working
