    My daughters ariston dishwasher Ariston AF300SS has stopped heating the water but completes full cycle leaving contents not properly cleaned.
    I am retired from aviation radio and have electronics experience but not with dishwashers. Suspect element but have read of problems with pcb.
    Any suggestions or advice greatfully received.

    There is no PCB on this model so continuity testing the heater and thermostats is all that should be required to find the culprit.

    With the power off of course 🙂

    Further to problem with AF300SS I am now told that the dishwasher cycle can take up to 3/4 hours to complete. is this an indication of a paticular problem i.e. thermostat or element ???
    Any advice greatfully received as tomorrow I will open machine and check it.
