Ariston oven DOV317/1 Grill

Hi,
I’ve just had a call from a customer saying that the grill does not get up to temperature. It wont glow but it does heat. The model number is DOV317/1.
Could anybody tell me if this machine uses a regulator or does it use a thermostat for the top oven. I cant find any info on it and the call is a 1 hour round trip so I just want to go prepared.
Any help would be appreciated.

Just bumping this back up again, i’m due to go tomorrow and was wondering if anybody could shed any light for me.
