    Went to this machine today which was leaking.
    Someone has fitted the door gasket to the outer tub with 10 cable ties joined together 😯
    Question is why would anyone do this?
    Is the door seal impossible to fit?
    Any tips before I go back with the right parts.

    youve obviously never fitted the wire hook band


    theres 2 door seals, ones wire and hook, ones a spring

    the wire and hook idea is a pain in the ass, i usually just fit summink like a zanussi spring, that normally works
