Ariston Washine machine A1535

Please can anyone help.

My wife overloaded the machine and we heard a muffled bang like a fuse blowing. I can’t find a fuse on the circuit board or anywhere else. Is there one or will it be the circuit board has blown and if so can it be repaired? or is it a replacement??

I wouldn’t be to harsh on the missus, very much doubt that she has caused the fault. It could be a number of things, motor, heater, pump, mains filter, module, in fact any electrical component on the machine. The electronics on these Indesit based machines can be troublesome and expensive. My best advice is to see if we have someone in your area that can take a look.
