Hi fumanchu,
model no. would help, its got the letter GB in the middle.ensure the timer is in the manual (hand) position, failing that it most likely to to fan element failure, unplug the appliance before any investigation.

ParticipantRe: Arrow Electric Oven
the timer hand symbol or (M) should be at the top and not the 0 symbol.

ParticipantRe: Arrow Electric Oven
the timer is electronic and shows an oven sign above the decimal point of the time, yet when it was working i’m sure the A in the top left corner was showing which only seems to apear when i use the timer

ParticipantRe: Arrow Electric Oven
please ensure you have set the clock and the display is not flashing,
press and hold the 2nd (cookpot) and 3rd (Stop) buttons from the left together for 2 seconds this cancels any set program and returns the clock to manual mode, the A symbol should not be lit just the cookpot symbol, hope that makes sense. if not drop me a pm with your address and i will send a photocopy to you. 😀Bob

ParticipantRe: Arrow Electric Oven
so i take it that the fan at the back of the oven is turning but no heat,
if so i will need the full model no. which is located on the top of the oven housing to get the correct part no.removing the oven from the housing is the only way im afraid.
disconnect the oven first.Bob.

thats the one i emailed throught to Dave, so hopefully he will be in touch tomnorrow. Is it normal for the air from the fan to escape from a gap above the oven door straight into the kitchen
