Hi from Australia. My expertise is in vintage computers.
I have been looking at an ASEA Cylinda 1500 that is about 20 years old. It stopped with water still in the dishwasher.
I drained the water, but it would not re-start.
I checked the fuses on the circuit board in the base – they look OK.
BUT, there is a component near the fuses that looks decidedly dead – possibly a relay.
What are chances of getting a replacement circuit board ?
Or should I just go back to basics and try to find a component to replace. I have not removed the circuit board yet.
Thanks, John G.
