My Cylinda 1500 was working fine until I had my sink and counters replaced. The worker said he made all the reattachments correctly. However, when I turn it on, it just makes a “running” noise but no water runs through the system.

Is there a “reset” button, or does it sound like the water line is n 🙁 ot properly attached and I need to recall the worker?

you need to check the tap is turned on (silly i know but easily missed) and that the fill hose is not kinked anywhere.
if still no go then you will need an engineer….have a look in Repairs@

Two things to consider – 1) is the water supply turned on and 2) has the blanking plug/closed end been removed from the drain coupling under the sink – this an ASTONISHINGLY common problem, and adds to the general feeling amongst appliance engineers that all kitchen fitters are going downstairs when they sign off!
