Is it possible to get a seal kit and impeller for the above unit?
Asko only want to sell me a pump and motor assembly.

You wouldn’t happen to have the part number Asko gave you for the whole motor/pump would you Mike ?

I can’t find this model listed, probably as it’s a non UK one.

I should think what you want are the following: Support collar seal 80 037 32. seal 80 025 82. impeller 88 007 35. “O” ring 80 025 84 the middle two are exstock others are speicial order.

Hi Dave,
It probably is an Aussie model.
I don’t have a part # from Asko. I had the pump and motor assembly replaced about 5 years ago.
There is a label on the motor housing. looks like it was made in Italy by “IB-MEI S.A.” for Asko. There is a part # 9224335608 on the bottom righthand corner on the label.

IB-MEI are global so there must be a crossover somewhere 😀

Hi Bill,
The seal seems to be made up of two parts.
The spring assembly with a rubber seal at one end and a carbon seal at the other. Then there is a ceramic seat and seal in the pump housing.
The seal has leaked and rusted the shaft which in turn split the impeller.

I have managed to get part number for the motor/pump assembly from Asko. It is 8801027.
Also numbers on the machine are –
Type : DM-1500-0262
S/N : 00666
