    Got my first ASKO to look at. Customer says that to get it to operate you have to now press a button on the front panel that has a line through it. It is above the E eco? button. Bought recon 2 yrs ago so no manual. Is this a fault and what is the button for?

    Ahh on off switch. But she never had to use it before 😯 . So it must be faulty
