The water inlet valve on my dishwasher is no longer letting any water through, although power is getting to the solenoid. I have checked the anti-flooding float and contact – and cleaned the contact but water only gets through very occasionally. Does anyone have a replacement?

P.S. I did try Dave Conway on Thursday but no response so far – hence this topic.
Did you mail spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk as I can’t see any mail for Thursday about and ASKO dishwasher, there was one about a washer but that’s totally unrelated?
You emailed me directly David and I did get it, as it was only last night I recieved and I’ve been out most of today I am waiting for an enquiry from Asko on this as the part isn’t listed for some reason 😕
Thanks for help – I have received details from Dave Conway, so will get back to him after some another attempt to fix it an discussion with the management – delay for special delivery might make her say “mend it with a new one”
Cheers

Thanks again for info- nature of problem changed when I found no longer had power to inlet valve. The problem was a broken wire – just the conductor within the insulation so for a time making intermittent contact. Spliced in a new bit of wire – machine working so both management and financial resource centre both happy.
Cheers
