Asko wm56 washing machine

Hi
I have a customer with the above machine and it powers up ok and display module let you set the program but rests as soon as the start button is pressed.
The fault happened after a power cut so I suspect module as I cant find any other fault.
Am I barking up the wrong tree? If not which module, Display or control.
Any help would be great.

W6561, the one model I dont have tech info on, (if anyone can help on with that then please let me know) LCD display model but otherwise similar to the older one. No known issues like this.

was it a power cut or did the machine trip the breaker?
if it tripped, check the ntc, it sits in a little pocket above the motor and is prone to shorting out due to leaks from above running down the tub. Check also for worn out motor brushes, you never know.

Bruches are fine and no leaks but customer thinks powercut left her with very low voltage as kettle was on and it did get hot after 2 hours before power was switched back on.
Looks like she might replace it though but thanks.
