Hi can anyone offer advice …

I have Beko WMB81445LW washing machine which is showing a fault code of F13 = Motor error. I have checked all connections and non are loose, but this appears to be a sealed motor unit without brushes model Askoll M500 and before I go replacing this expensive part… Is there any other way it can be tested ? to ensure this is error rather than a false reading from control board.
    Many Thanks

f13 is a communication error between the motor and the motor control card

unfortunatly it could be either or both faulty

Some of these motors have an inductor coil mounted on side at back that if faulty will give error code mentioned. It’s not often the actual motor is at fault, unless it’s the early type that has the p.c.b in the actual motor
