ASWO website on phone

As of a couple of days ago, I can’t get on the ASWO website on my phone using mobile data, it returns a timeout or a no data sent, or just doesn’t progress from the search. It works no problem on Wi-Fi and it doesn’t matter which browser I use.
Does anyone else have the same problem?

There’s a lot to unpack there. And, I don’t have access to ASWO so can’t check it.

But, if I were to hazard a guess, it’d be that the ISP/mobile provider was blocking it due to high data use or, they think it’s some kind of a problem. They might think it’s iffy for some security type issue.

I say that as if it works on other networks, like your home internet connection but just not on your mobile service, it’d strongly suggest the issue was with the mobile service and not the site (ASWO in this case) or the mobile device itself.

To get around it, you could use a VPN on the phone, but unless you’re okay with networking and such, that might not be an option.

Yeah after looking it up, that’s also what I was suspecting and was trying to narrow it down to that by asking people on here if they could access it. I’ve just tried it and It seems to be working again. Which makes me think it could also have been a glitch with the site. Was rather inconvenient as ASWO lists most parts and I use the site a lot on the go to price up parts for customers once I’ve diagnosed the problem with their machine.
