    Does any 1 know where I can get a service manual and parts for an Atag TFZ20JRBEWH (KE211A5E/2/A01).

    can’t seem to find any info on it anywhere so any help would be great

    GE also made appliances for ATAG.Have you got a couple of photo’s of it so we can identify correctly ?

    Hi and thanks for looking.

    I don’t have any pictures of the appliance but from searching the internet it does seem to be the GE fridge.

    The parts shown on the diagram on the link below seem to look the same.

    Not sure where to get the part no.s from or who might supply them in the uk.
    The problem I have with the fridge is that the fridge compartment is getting to cold and freezing. The damper at the top left of the fridge is frozen and allowing air to continually flow into the fridge.
    Maytag fridges used to have a heater kit to fit around there damper to solve the fault but not sure with this fridge as not worked on them before.
