ATAG American fridge/freezer ice machine not working

I have an ATAG American style fridge/freezer. A few weeks ago it was inadvertently switched off and remained so for around 10 days. After throwing all the rotting food out and giving it a good clean inside I switched it back on, only to find that the ice machine is no longer producing ice. ATAG’s troubleshooting service on the internet has suggested that, among other things, the ice machine may be turned off, however when I speak to a human being at their office they insist on sending out a technician to repair the thing – when all I want to know is, where is the ON/OFF switch for the ice machine. There is a 4″ by 4″ box at the front inside the ice machine – on its side at the top there is a “0” and an “up” arrow, at the bottom there is a “-” and a “down” arrow. I cannot for the life of me, however, find the switch.

Can anyone help me please?? I inherited the fridge/freezer and the only model number (?) I can see is TPG21JR
