Australian Hoover washing Machine LP01

My customer in the UK has a Hoover top loader model LP01, N/13543, serial no. 023125. The white nylon cam which operates the lid switch is loose [it appears to have had two locating barbs, one of which appears to have broken off]. There’s a metal arm screwed to the underside of this cam which looks as if it’s an out of balance detector, but I’m not sure if anything is missing from this mechanism. Can anybody in Oz supply an exploded view of this and either supply replacement parts or recommend a wholesaler who can?

I have Hoovers parts program and there is no LP01 model listed are you sure that is right

Hi,
I’ll check with the customer later but I’m pretty sure it’s right. But there’s also the number 2010 [7Kg] on the control panel which I did forget to mention in my posting. Perhaps that will help.

It’s probably a Hoover 201MOAUS top loader, bloody things…………

Type no LP01 is right and there’s also a model no. A6896 if that helps anybody identify it.
