Customer has just rung me to report an E00 fault on the machine. Any ideas what it relates to?

Had exactly the same on a Amica 1200 recently!

Main PCB no power out put to display.

Got no idea of the cause :rolls:

    Thanks for the reply Steven.
Presumably a main pcb replacement then. But if no power to the display how does it show a code 😕 . Then again electronics eh 😉

A long conversation with this customer late on Wednesday
He’ Wasn’t too inspired that noone knew this fault code’
He tried a reset but it still wouldn’t let him into the programme.
He was going away for a few days but not to worry the builders will let me in.
‘ Oh they haven’t moved anything or had the machine disconnected’ I asked.
‘No its still as you installed it’
    Well Mr Customer.
    1. RTFM regarding the reset it worked straight away.
    2. With no roof and no windows the machine is practically outside and with this weather it’s no piggin’ wonder it threw its hand in. It might have been worth a mention on the phone.

Presuming this E00 was down to condensation on the board causing a problem and he is to be informed on his return not to use the machine till it gets warmer. 👿 👿
