AW23 E54 Plus spin problem

Customer has called saying the machine keeps saying E54 she clears it it completes the cycle then the next wash E54 comes again.
She also clames every time she selects a spin only cycle the machine sticks on the selection and she cant clear it or select another program for half an hour or so

Any ideas please

Sounds like finger trouble John. If the customer presses the buttons too fast this will happen I’m afraid, especially repeat pressing.

If she presses the Start/Reset for a few seconds both should clear.
