Customer reported E05, door locks & no go.

Reset & tested no fault found.

Picked up another charge job at the same time so costs covered but what caused this.

First AW23 fault I’ve had so any help appreciated.

E05 No signal from pressure controller 10 minutes after filling starts. The E05 error code is displayed and the wash programme is terminated.

    – No water supply
    – Very low mains water pressure
    – Faulty solenoid valve
    – Faulty pressure controller

Checked all of that and no result.

Not doing a claim to get a rejection so will let it go til it does it again

The best thing to do first on any fault code a customer calls you about is to get them to do the reset.
Talk them through it why your on the phone.
Then if it is just a glitch or customer error then you lost nothing.
If the fault appears again then you can arm yourself with the appropriate part and call once. 😉

    HTH for future calls.
