i was under the impression that for ISE 2 the parts were covered for up to 5 years ex. labour similar to hotpoint.

Just been told by office that there is no guarantee after 2 years.

Seems quite mean.

Correct.

There was an option if either a two or five year warranty but no option for parts only at all was ever in place. In fact, there’s not been a parts only option since the first ISE machine was discontinued in 2007.
