AW23 metal filings?

    Customer phoned that she heard the machine making a ‘horrible’ noise so she ran downstairs, switched it off and saw what looked like ‘metal filings’ on the floor next to the left front foot.

    Machine is only a few months old (and bloody miles away).

    Anyone come across this?

    Cheers, do I need parts (bolts?). or is it a ‘look and see’ first?

    Edit. Have just read the other thread regarding front weights etc. Looks like I’ll have to check out exactly whats needed first.

    Ho hum, good job I like travelling 🙂

    Left front weight broken up. Thankfully tub front and bolts etc ok.
