Evening all , been to this 1 other day , customer said not doing full speed , but tried and seem to do it,told customer to try again and I would call her back so called her back and she said done the same not doing full spin, Ive oready checked pump, filter and sump hose all clear, carbons ok
just thinking what to go for motor or module for it or both,any ideas

Just been to do exactly the same on the same model… it is either the pcb or the motor… I changed the PCB and the machine was then working but gave the fault that you are getting (intermittant no full spin), with the machine I did, the problem seemed to occur every 2 or 3 washes… It would work perfectly otherwise.. This is why my thought are with a faulty PCB… but I opted to change both the motor and the PCB on this one as the motor was noisy anyway.

If you have the time to trial/error I would suggest: order both, put in the new pcb first and see how it gets on… then if still faulty replace the motor and put back the old PCB…
But I’d bet my bottom dollar that the problem I had lay with the PCB even though it was a fresh one.
