Hi all this customer is complainingof the machine doing the cycle fine but at the end showing the drain/no spin light on and not letting the door open she has to unplug to allow to open,it sounds like pcb fault has anyone had this before?

Had a blocked pressure chamber on one not so long ago if not would go for motor next.
