Customer has had the machine 2 weeks now. At first she was complaining of the red start/pause led when she plugged the machine in. I went back the day after install, pressed the power button to cancel and all’s back to normal.
Recalled again after ordering board(not yet fitted) and same thing , cancelled works fine switch on and off, unplugged and plugged back in many times to make absolutely sure and works fine. Advised her to leave it plugged in to make sure that wasn’t causing a fault. She’s used it a couple of times and now can’t switch it off without the same red led again. I’m not convinced if this is a board fault at all or if she is having trouble with the on off switch.
I’m going on Monday to swap the board but has anyone else had an instance of this :con:
