    Hey Guys,
having a problem with this machine.Customer complaint was not heating.
Heater thermistor was totally burned out so I replaced heater but still no heat. Does the heat selector switch affect the working of the heater or is it more likely to be the Timer programmer switch?

    Hope someone has an answer.Thanks

On these machines when the NTC shorts or burns out it can take out the timer, usualy you will see blown tracks on the front of the timer next to the NTC plug

Had the timer off, but no sign of blown tracks. I’ll chance that it is the timer though.
    thanks

    Hi Alan
Have you checked the ntc and heater from the timer side. Just to make sure the wires are still intact?
