    Unable to cancel code or open door even with machine unplugged. Am I correct in thinking that the door should open with power off? If so it looks like an interlock and module failure. Also does anyone know what voltage will open the lock and at what pins (7 to choose from).

    For interest of those doing a search on E11. There is an unseen leaver on the lock on the bottom, right, front. Pull this down and it will get the door open if the module fails to do so.
