hi all got this machine which the cust says boils clothes even on cold wash cycle and the drawer has distorted due to the steam!
anyone had this before?i would have thought to get that hot the toc in the heater would have went but they have tried it a few times

heater toc is only meant to stop fires so will only cut out if heater is out of water.
