B1542N0GB/01 Neff fan oven knobs stuck in/ misaligned

Replaced smashed door on this one but the 2 knobs are halfway in out and will not go fully in or come out. Also the dials with the temperatures/ light/functions surrounding it is misaligned and will spin on its own. Is this common or is it a tenant damage job. How do the knobs come off and what parts would i need.

Definately user error.
They must have turned the dials the wrong way and the knob mechanism has jumped out of its correct position.
With some perseverance and a small screwdriver you can flick it back into alignment.
All done from the inside.
Failing that, you could buy new knobs but waste of money IMO.

Thanks Gegsy. Will try that first. Customer has just spent 235 on parts alone due to bad tenant damage. They robbed everything in the house including the light bulbs.(found later).
