    I see the same thing day in day out when i check my back order list. I’ve got a back order thats date back to 01/02/06! Sold customer a new appliance eventually, But it’s worth it just to see if it ever turns up! When i ring noooo ones bothered, just get the usual “we’ll chase it for you”

    What your longest back order? Anyone still waiting?

    i get so frustrated when they give a due date, which then comes and goes, and then the due date disappears.

    Many years ago when I was contracting for Whirlpool I received a dishwasher control panel 1 year after I had stopped working for them 😕 I Made them collect the part and credit my no longer existing spares account 😆
