Banging during spinning

My Zanussi washer/dryer (lindo 1000) is just under 3 years old. We don’t use the dryer bit as we have a separate dryer. Do around 4 loads per week. Last night during the spin, there was a loud banging, crashing noise for the duration of the spinning. It was so loud I was worried it would wake the neighbours!

Any advice as to what this might be?
What do I need to do about it- is there anything I can do?
I want advice from the experts before shelling out upwards of £60 on a callout charge in case there’s nothing to be done!

loud banging can be a number of things

spin it with no clothes in and see if it sounds ok

if ok it still might be a drum problem but could also be a concrete weight broken loose
