Banner info on top of public help forums

Would it be possible to have a note in a different ink colour on the top banner of the public help forums.

To say that as we are offering a free resource to them, that we would appreciate it that should they require a spare would they please make shop @ there first point of call, as it helps to support the site.

Also if they could let us know their requirements, even if we are unable to supply it. as it would help us to better guage our stock and
their requirements.

Or perhaps remove CES from the public spares forum and replace it with a link to the shop@ ? 😉
