barcodes

Im trying to get into the 21st century and barcode my stores to make my stock taking easier. the parts I receive are fine as they scan no problem and upload to my software no problems. what I want to know is how do I create a barcode for each of my bin locations? i.e A1 barcode …….., a2 barcode ……. so I just have to scan the bin then the contents of that bin.

if anybody has used this or has any advise I would be most grateful.

Just copy and print that same barcode on the bin.

I don’t currently have barcodes on the bin just the item location i.e A1 etc.
I need to create the barcode so I can scan it. ive been told I can do it by downloading a font to word, but buggered if I can get that to work.

have a word with Sudeep, he was working with those on the stock control side he may be able to offer pointers.
