ParticipantCan any one please help? The door will close but one has to ‘lift up the door’ to locate it home. When the door is opened it just drops straight to the floor.
Could anyone recommend a part and/or how to fix? Thanks

Hinges in door – 4812 417 19152 – c.£20 each
Runners (where the hinges fit the body) 4812 417 18837 – c.£10 eachYou’ll have to decide what has actually broken as we can’t see the damage.
An email to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk for confirmed pricing and ordering if required.
Alternately, click the link below to find an engineer in your area.

Thankyou for your previous help but, things have got worse…Because the hinges were broken, I drooped the door to the floor and now the Glass is smashed and the door is bent and twisted!
I’ll now need a new oven door.
Can anyone help because I can’t seem to find one. Thanks

That’s because it doesn’t exist as a complete spare part, you have to buy all the individual parts and assemble the door, so whatever you do, don’t thrown the old door away as you’ll need the screws/handle etc to transfer over.
Check carefully exactly which parts are damaged and let us know. Or send an email to the one Penguin mentioned and I should be able to send you a diagram of the door to identify 🙂
As a warning though, the outer glass alone is £95 😯

Penguin,
Sorry couldn’t e-mail you. Please could you send me the drawings to assemble the oven door? I’ve managed to get all the parts but I’m struggling with the hinges. Do they have to be unlocked?
Thanks

Im sorry but we can’t give explicit information and diagrams out due to copyright etc.
What I would suggest is a call or visit to your parts supplier to see if any aid can be given to you.Regards
