We have a four year old Bauknecht dishwasher and, after adding salt a week ago, the unit is cycling on and off about every thirty seconds and will no longer run any wash cycles. There are two lights flashing on the control panel: the regular dish cycle light is flashing about twice per second and the light over the end cycle button about once per second. It is not drawing water in or pumping it out, just cycling on and off with the sound of a motor running and stopping, running and stopping. We have tried turning off the power to the unit for a minute to see if it would reset but with no luck. We cannot keep the mains power off since it is on the same circuit as our refrigerator. Any help gratefully received!
