It’s the door handle Pat and it’s coming up as obsolete…..

If DaveConway can’t source one, it may well be worth giving ASD Services a ring on 0113 3936688 – they’re pretty good on old stock.

Dave Conway gave me that number and suggested I asked on the forums in case anyone had this door handle.

Sorry – we have looked in the stores & dont have one – but there is a chance we may have one for a different model – can you describe it (colour & shape, is it a ‘bar’ type or a moulded plastic one?)

I have a couple of alternative parts that should fit – either a 481949869514 or 481949869197, AKG217 etc

These are both from the whirlpool range – I cross checked the part for the inner door & these handles should be compatable.

Anybody out there with one that you can look at – I think the difference was the center screw was offset on some models?

The whole handle is 59 cm wide, give or take a mm or two.
The first screw is at about 4 cm, the next at about 29.5 cm, the third at 55 cm.
Will your parts fit?
