Hello everyone, our washing machine Bauknecht WA platinum 882 L keeps starting with the same program it was in when there was a power outage. We’ve tried taking the power off for a day without success. As soon as it starts up, it begins the same program again. We have to pause it, set it to drain the water, and then we can start a new program, but as soon as it turns off and on, the old program is back. I’ve tried getting the service manual, but can’t find any method for doing a hard reset on it. Any ideas on what it could be and what can be done? And yes, we’ve tried letting it complete the program.”
